Project owner of Philippine MISAMIS 3x135MW Coal-Fired Power plant signed and issued PAC of the third unit to NEPC on Oct. 15th 2016, which means the three units of this project were all successfully handed over, and then the two-year warranty period begins.

In September 2013, Ms. Zhu Lei of Sunshine Law Firm’s International Practice accompanied NEPC to Manila for EPC contract negotiation with project owner and managed engagement between the two parties. After the EPC contract formally signed on September 30th, 2013, Sunshine also assisted NEPC on purchasing contract, drafting letter of guarantee, issuing insurance subcontract and other issues to provide legal support to the project. 

MISAMIS project locates at PHIVIDEC industrial district, Misamis Oriental, Mindanao, Philippines. The success of this project is a new milestone of Philippine electric construction, and also gained a positive reputation and market recognition for NEPC.
